How It Works
1. Purchase the service
Place your order online before shipping your carrier.
2. Remove and disassemble your differential
Send us the differential carrier with the internal spider gears installed. Do not ship the complete differential housing unless specifically arranged in advance. Differential disassembly is not hard.
3. Ship your carrier to us. DO NOT SHIP THE WHOLE ASSEMBLY.
After checkout, you’ll receive instructions for packaging and shipping your carrier.
4. We prepare and weld it
The carrier and internal gears are prepared for welding, TIG welded and post processed to permanently lock the differential.
5. We ship it back
After welding and inspection, your carrier is packaged and returned to you for reassembly and installation. Return shipping is included in the purchase price.
6. You get to shred
After you have your diff put back together, you get to have a great time on the track with much less maintenance than a conventional LSD, with perfect reliability.
Send us your open differential carrier and we’ll TIG weld it into a permanently locked assembly for drift and motorsports use.
