How It Works
1. Purchase an in-stock welded differential for your chassis.
Find the diff type that’s correct for your chassis. If we have one in-stock (more added regularly), you purchase it and we’ll ship it right away. The purchase price includes a core charge (varies by diff type).
2. Remove and disassemble your differential
Send us the differential carrier with the internal gears installed. Do not ship the complete differential housing unless specifically arranged in advance. Learn more about diff disassembly. It’s not hard.
3. Ship your carrier to us. DO NOT SHIP THE WHOLE ASSEMBLY.
After checkout, you’ll receive instructions for packaging and shipping your carrier. Include a copy of your order confirmation email with your core return.
4. We receive your core and inspect it.
The carrier and internal gears are inspected against a core we keep on hand. We’ll determine if the core correctly matches the welded differential you purchased and refund your core charge in full. Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receipt. If there is any problem with the core, we will contact you using the contact information from your order.
